Forever
Zombie Now Available
Zombies
and quick-witted humor? You bet! Not your typical blood and gore
zombie tales, even non-zombie fans will enjoy these stories. These
tales will make you almost believe that the existence of zombies is a
distinct possibility and that life after the undead might be much
different than you might imagine. And it's all here in
Forever Zombie: A Collection of Undead Guy Tales
and each story has a special
touch that will keep you reading far into the night. Think you can
read just one tale each night before bed? Try two or three. Or maybe
you'll still be reading the last of the 12 short stories included in
the collection before the sun comes up the next morning. But as an
added precaution, make sure you check your pulse every once in awhile.

Katie and Jenni continue to face threats from within and outside the

seize control of the fort, Jenni, Katie and the other survivors face

even the end of their own lives. If you haven't kept up with
Rhiannon's books, I'd suggest you oick up all three.

Boneshaker
In
the early days of the Civil War, rumors of gold in the frozen Klondike
brought hordes of newcomers to the Pacific Northwest. Anxious to
compete, Russian prospectors commissioned inventor Leviticus Blue to
create a great machine that could mine through Alaska’s ice. Thus was
Dr. Blue’s Incredible Bone-Shaking Drill Engine born. But on its first
test run the Boneshaker went terribly awry, destroying several blocks
of downtown Seattle and unearthing a subterranean vein of blight gas
that turned anyone who breathed it into the living dead. Boneshaker
is
available now from Amazon.

War of
the Worlds and Zombies Too!
The
invasion begins . . . and the dead start to rise in
The War of the Worlds Plus Blood, Guts and Zombies.
There's panic in the streets of London as invaders from Mars wreak
havoc on the living, slaying the populace with Heat-Rays and poisonous
clouds of black smoke. Humanity struggles to survive against
technology far beyond its own, meeting fear and death at every turn.
But that's not the only struggle mankind must face. The dead are
rising from their graves with an insatiable hunger for human flesh.
Eric Brown takes a classic science fiction tale, adds his own brand of
horror and retains Mr. Wells unique voice. This fast-paced day by day
story of survival will keep your attention. And watch out, not all
monsters are alien or undead---Some might look exactly like the guy
next to you.

World
War Z: The Movie's In The Works
It's amazing how hot this book has been
even climbing to the top of the New York Times best-seller charts. And
now there's a movie in the works. That's right, a bidding war between
between Brad Pitt and Leonardo Di Caprio's production companies
resulted in the rights to
World War Z
being obtained by Brad Pitt's
Plan B Entertainment. The screenplay is being written by Babylon 5 and
Rising Stars creator J. Michael Straczynski. (There's even rumors of
Pitt playing the lead role. We're not sure if that's bad or good...)
If you haven't read the book, here's your chance.

Kindle
2 Wireless Reader Has Arrived from Amazon
Well, I've maintained for years that I'd
never own an electronic reading device. In fact, I was emphatic about
this before there even was such a thing. It just seemed like there
couldn never be anything to quite replace the feeling of having that
book right there in your hands. Well, I may be about to change my mind
with the arrival of Amazon's new
Kindle 2: Wireless Reading Device. This thing will even
actually read the book to you. And with a quarter of a million books
to choose from, well... I may be having a change of heart. Check it
out!

Zombie
Chickens? Finger Lickin' Good!
If you like your zombie movies a little on
the strange side (not that most zombie movies aren't a little weird
anyway), then you'll want to check out this special release. Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead: 2-Disc Special Egg-Dition is
now available.
When the American Chicken Bunker, a military themed fast food
restaurant, builds its latest chain restaurant on the site of an
ancient Native American burial ground, the displaced spirits take
revenge on unsuspecting diners and transform them into chicken
zombies! Now, it's up to a dimwitted counterboy, his collegiate
lesbian ex-girlfriend and a burqa-wearing fry cook to put an end to
the foul feathered menace once and for all.

Soon! Our Zombie Short Story Database
Now
that we have listed
most of the zombie books that we are aware of, we'll now begin to take
a look at literature in the form of zombie short stories. We know,
there are lots of them. But our goal over the next several months is
to get ahold of as many zombie anthology books as possible and begin
reading them. We will then post information about each zombie short
story including author information, a short overview of the story and
our opinion of the undead tale as a piece of zombie literature
including a rating system. We're excited about this project and hope
you'll join us in a compiling our online datebase.
